Founded in 2000 as Fenghua Yiyang Garment Making Factory
and changed name in 2004, Fenghua Fanu Western-style Clothes Factory
is specialized in research, design, development, production and service
of western-style clothes. The factory occupies an area of 8,000 square
meters and has fixed assets of over RMB 6 million and annual output
of 250,000 suits of western-style clothes. There is a staff of 150
including 50 professional technicians, 5 intermediate & senior-level
technicians and 7 quality inspectors. It has introduced complete sewing,
finishing and ironing equipment from Italy, Japan and German to produce
kinds of high, intermediate and low-grade western-style clothes, which
are light, soft, thin and straight and are sell well in Europe, America,
France, Italy, etc.
The factory sets up Management Dept., Technology Dept., Trade Dept.,
Quality Inspection Dept., workshop and mated organizations with solid
technical and testing capabilities.
Pragmatic style and strict management: All departments and workshops
are required to work out corresponding quality plan and working responsibility
in accordance with the principal guideline to realize high-efficiency,
low-consumption, energy-saving and standardized management. All operators
should get on post after training and all products should receive ex-factory
inspection.
Honest operation and continuous improvement: The factory improves the
garment design, development and manufacture technology continuously
to make the products meet all levels of need by adhering to the tenet
of "quality is life and service is soul".
The factory is located in Fenghua Private Industrial Park of Zhejiang
Province and adjacent to Ningbo, Hangzhou and Shanghai. With convenient
transport by water and land and long history, it is a resort and
tourism, holiday and leisure.
